Byw’n Dda y Gaeaf

 Cefnogir gan Gyngor Sir Penfro a Llywodraeth Cymru, mae rownd nesaf Cronfa Gweithredu Cymunedol Cefnogi PAVS bellach ar agor ar gyfer ceisiadau. Mae’r grant “Byw’n Dda y Gaeaf hwn” yn cynnig grantiau refeniw o hyd at £2500 i gyfansoddi grwpiau gwirfoddol a chymunedol a Chynghorau Tref a Chymuned.

Mae’r cylch Byw’n Iach yma yn cydnabod yr heriau a’r pwysau parhaus i ddarparu gweithgareddau a gwasanaethau i gefnogi pobl fregus yn ystod misoedd y gaeaf.

Themâu’r Gronfa yw:

  • Mynd i’r afael ag Unigrwydd ac Ynysu
  • Gwella iechyd meddwl a lles corfforol
  • Helpu pobl i ymdopi â chaledi ariannol
  • Cefnogi gofalwyr di-dâl

Y dyddiad cau er mwyn cyflwyno ceisiadau yw dydd Gwener 9 Medi 2022.

Rhaid cwblhau pob prosiect erbyn 31 Mawrth 2023

The next round of the PAVS (Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services) Support Community Action Fund – supported by Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Government – is now open for applications. The Living Well This Winter grant offers funding of up to £2,500 to constituted voluntary and community groups and town and community councils.

This Living Well round “recognises the ongoing challenges and pressures to providing activities and services to support vulnerable people during the winter months”.

The Fund’s themes are:

  • Addressing loneliness and isolation
  • Improving mental and physical health and wellbeing
  • Helping people cope with financial hardship
  • Supporting unpaid carers

The deadline for applications is the 9 September 2022

All spend must be made by 31 March 2023.
