History Hunters are a group of avid local history and story researchers supported by Ancient Connections as they research local history and stories, write blogs and craft stories to share. Don’t worry if you’re not yet involved, there’s still time – and a suite of free training resources to help you delve into local and family history archives, gather oral histories, write blogs and tell stories. To join History Hunters and benefit from the support and guidance available see  ancientconnections.org

On Wednesday 9 February, 2pm to 4pm, on Zoom there is a History Hunter Huddle storytelling special.

While it’s still cold outside, it’s a perfect time to research local and family history, write articles and blogs, and craft and prepare stories for the telling. Come huddle, share your projects, ideas and get support and inspiration. History Hunter Huddles are a sociable online gathering in which to share updates on research obsessions, blog crafting and story development over cups of tea. It will also be a practical session with a chance to create some space to research, write and ask questions or get tips and support as you go. So light that fire, fill the teapot, gather your research / thoughts / ideas and join History Hunters on Zoom. It’s free to book a place.

Later this month, some History Hunter storytellers will be telling at their first public gig.

She spends her time searching out stories for pembrokeshire.online, swimming in the sea , drawing and painting as Snorkelfish and eating cake. She says "Pembrokeshire.online has been an opportunity to celebrate this beautiful county and its people. Keep the stories coming. We love to hear from you."
