Greetings from Photographer Lucy Hinksman

LUCY HINKSMAN, Pembrokeshire photographer and advocate for people with learning disabilities, has sent out a greeting to us all with some of her favourite images of 2023. She accomplished lots of great things last year and we look forward to seeing what 2024 will bring her. You will find other articles in Pembrokeshire.Online about Lucy; we are great fans of this dynamic young woman.
“I wanted to hare some of my favourite photographs in 2023, including selfies and phone photography.
“My absolute high of the year was going to Manchester for a photography residency with Venture Arts and I met some amazing people thanks to Disability Arts Cymru / Celfyddydau Anabledd Cymru.
“I had many other fantastic moments, such as going to my first craft fair and I had my first-ever exhibition at Roch, My View of Pembrokeshire.
“I attended the Disability Wales conference and spoke about the Through our Eyes Photography Project. I enjoyed being part of Wales Netball too, taking photos at different matches
“This year, who knows what might happen, but I plan on going on some adventures and taking new photos.
“Happy 2024 everyone.”
