Support for Young Adults

The POINT Youth Centre in Fishguard has started to run an Upskill Project every Thursday from 12 to 2pm for young people aged 16-25.

The project is a drop-in provision for young people which takes place at the youth centre each week.

POINT says: “During the session we can offer a variety of opportunities. Including CV writing and support, independent living and life skills, accredited certificates, one-to-one support from youth workers and a warm, welcome space for 16- to 25-year-olds to spend their time – even if they do not need the support mentioned above, the young people are welcome to access us to play pool, use the computers and game consoles or just relax. We also provide free food and refreshments in each session.”
