All Things by George

George Harrison fans will be drawn to the Queens Hall, Narberth, on 30 June for a tribute concert celebrating 80 years since the Beatles lead guitarist’s birth.

The George Harrison Project will be performing his best-loved hits from the Beatles, his solo career and the Traveling Wilburys.

Harrison, who died in 2001, enjoyed a successful post-Beatles solo career, releasing 12 studio albums, including the classic triple album All Things Must Pass, Living In The Material World, Cloud Nine and, arguably his finest album, Brainwashed.

He also formed the Traveling Wilburys with Bob Dylan, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison and Tom Petty.

The Project’s musicians will be performing some of Harrison’s best-known songs, including My Sweet Lord, Here Comes The Sun, Something, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, All Things Must Pass, Handle With Care, Taxman, Give Me Love, What Is Life and If I Needed Someone.

Advance tickets for Friday 30 Jun 2023, 7.30pm, cost £21.

Queens Hall, High Street, Narberth, SA67 7AS; 01834 861212.
