Experienced Individual required for role of Youth Skills Development Coordinator

To work 30 hours per week (may include some evening and weekend work)

Salary: £22,010.00 – £23,746.00 p.a pro rata (dependent on experience)

Fishguard and Goodwick Young Persons’ Trust is looking for a person to plan and coordinate volunteer and training opportunities to young people aged 15 – 25 to help develop their employability skills and also to support with independent living skills (eg, money matters, budgeting, housing, cookery, personal hygiene etc) and to get involved in their community. The Youth Skills Development Co-ordinator will have an understanding of the issues facing young people today including the impact of the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis.

Previous experience of supporting 15- to 25-year-olds with employability and/or personal development is essential.
