Volunteering Opportunity for Pet Lovers

The Cariad Pet Food Bank wants people to join a small growing team of volunteers supporting pets and pet owners experiencing hardship and adjustment in West Wales: www.cariadpetfoodbank.co.uk.

It says: “We need delivery drivers (own vehicle) to collect pet food donations, and drop off pet food parcels to those in need and to volunteers. Delivery drivers would start from Haverfordwest. A possible distance you may need to travel could include Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

“We also need Pet Food Bank volunteers to work with the project manager collecting and sorting pet food parcels to those in need in your area: Pembrokeshire / Carmarthenshire / Ceredigion.

“Volunteers need to drive carefully, represent the CPFB ethics and mission, enjoy pets and meeting people, and have good communication skills and a flexible approach.

“We provide Induction, ID, PPE and mileage. We are based at 113 City Road, Haverfordwest SA61 2RR.”
