Saith ymgynghoriad cynllunio Sir Benfro yn cau cyn bo hir

Mae’r dyddiad cau ar gyfer rhoi eich adborth ar amrywiaeth o ganllawiau cynllunio atodol newydd ac wedi’u diweddaru, sy’n cael eu cynnig ar gyfer Sir Benfro, yn prysur agosáu.

Mae canllawiau cynllunio atodol yn nodi gwybodaeth fanylach am y ffordd y bydd polisïau’r Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (CDLl) yn cael eu rhoi ar waith mewn amgylchiadau neu ardaloedd penodol.

Dim ond i geisiadau a wneir ym Mharc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro y mae dogfennau’r Canllawiau Cynllunio Atodol ar gyfer Datblygu Cabanau a Maes Carafanau, Safonau Parcio, Cynllun Lle – Ymddiriedolaeth Tir Cymunedol a Thai Fforddiadwy, Ynni Adnewyddadwy, a Dylunio a Datblygu Cynaliadwy yn berthnasol.

Mae dogfennau’r Canllawiau Cynllunio Atodol ar Archaeoleg a Bioamrywiaeth yn berthnasol i Sir Benfro gyfan.

Bydd y cyfnod ymgynghori ar gyfer pob dogfen yn para tan 4.30pm ar 12 Chwefror 2021.

Dylid anfon sylwadau naill ai’n ysgrifenedig at: Tîm Cyfeiriad y Parc, Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro, Parc Llanion, Doc Penfro, Sir Benfro, SA72 6DY, neu drwy anfon e-bost i devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk.

Os oes gennych chi unrhyw ymholiadau ynglŷn â’r dogfennau, cysylltwch â Thîm Cyfeiriad y Parc drwy anfon e-bost i devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk neu ffoniwch 01646 624800 a gofyn am rywun sy’n delio â’r Cynllun Datblygu Lleol. Gellir darparu copïau papur o’r canllawiau am gost.

Bydd yr holl sylwadau’n cael eu cydnabod a byddant yn cael eu cyhoeddi. Bydd yr holl sylwadau’n cael eu hadrodd i Awdurdod y Parc Cenedlaethol a Chabinet Cyngor Sir Penfro lle bo’r Canllawiau a gynigir yn cael eu paratoi ar y cyd gan y ddau awdurdod. Bydd pawb sy’n rhoi sylwadau yn cael gwybod beth fydd canlyniad y cyfarfodydd hyn.

Seven Pembrokeshire planning consultations closing soon

The deadline to provide your feedback on a range of new and updated supplementary planning guidance (SPG) that is being proposed for Pembrokeshire is fast approaching.

Supplementary planning guidance sets out more detailed information on the way policies of the Local Development Plan (LDP) will be applied in particular circumstances or areas.

The SPG documents on Caravan Camping and Chalet Development, Parking Standards, Place Plan – Community Land Trust and Affordable Housing, Renewable Energy, and Sustainable Design and Development apply only to applications made in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The joint SPG documents on Archaeology and Biodiversity cover the whole of Pembrokeshire.

The consultation period for all documents runs until 4.30pm on 12 February 2021.

Comments should be returned either in writing to the Park Direction Team, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, Llanion Park, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire SA72 6DY or by email to devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk.

If you have any queries regarding the documents, contact the Park Direction Team by emailing devplans@pembrokeshirecoast.org.uk or ring 01646 624800 and ask for someone dealing with the Local Development Plan. Paper copies of the guidance can be provided at a cost.

All comments will be acknowledged and will be made public. All comments will be reported to the National Park Authority and Pembrokeshire County Council’s Cabinet where the guidance proposed is jointly prepared by both authorities. All commentators will be advised of the outcome of these meetings.
